Santa Claus is Coming to Town!

Chatham Emergency Services Volunteer Divisions are escorting Santa Claus around Chatham County this holiday season! Reference the info below to find out when Santa may be near your Neighborhood!

Santa Detail is organized by the CES Volunteer Fire Divisions. For more information on Santa’s Routes in your area reference the division specific slides below. Please note that each Division has multiple slides with details for each area and day. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out using the contact form at the bottom of the page.

Islands Division

Wilmington Island

Saturday DECEMBER 16TH – Starts at 12PM

Santa and Mrs Claus will be escorted around Wilmington Island on Saturday 12/16/23 beginning at 12PM-6PM. Click below to see a detailed map and route!

Whitemarsh/Talahi Islands

Sunday DECEMBER 17TH – Starts at 1PM

Santa and Mrs Claus will be escorted around Whitemarsh and Talahi Island on Sunday 12/17/23 beginning at 1PM-5:30PM with a meet and greet at Whitemarsh Island Publix beginning 5:30PM-6:30PM. Click below to see a detailed map and route!

Skidaway Division

Skidaway Island

Sunday December 17th – Starts at 4PM

The route will start at Deer Creek North Gate, Shellwind Drive to Deer Creek, Stop at Bank Street, Westcross Road, Landings Way South to Delegal Marina, Landing Way South to Activity Drive.

Montgomery/Southside Division

Whitefield Ave Route

Thursday December 14th – Starts at 6PM

Santa and his elves will be traveling down the Whitefield Avenue route from Hendry Ave to the end beginning 6PM! Come out and look for Santa.

LaRoche / Norwood route

Friday December 15th – Starts at 6PM

Santa and his elves will be travelling down LaRoche from the traffic circle to Norwood as well as Norwood Ave beginning 6PM! Come out and look for Santa.

Vernonburg, Mayfair II, Cresthill and Ferguson Ave.

Thursday December 21st – Starts at 6PM

Santa and his elves will be travelling Vernonburg, Mayfair II, Cresthill and Ferguson Ave. from Lakeview to Shipyard beginning 6PM! Come out and look for Santa.

Shipyard / Burnside Island

Friday December 22nd – Starts at 6PM

Santa and his elves will be travelling Nottingham, Beaulieu, Shipyard and Burnside beginning 6PM! Come out and look for Santa.

7th District Division

Santa Visit Opportunity

Friday December 16th, 2023 – 6PM – 9:30PM

Unfortunately Santa and his elves are unable to conduct our traditional routes in 7th District Division this year. To help supplement this, Santa will be at Berwick Kroger from 5:00 pm to 6:45 pm and then travel to the FoodLion grocery store on King George Blvd. from 7:00 to 8:45pm. We hope to see you there!
