Dispatch Trainee
All of our dispatchers begin in a trainee phase. This can be direct training with one of our Communications Training Officers or through our occasional dispatch recruit academy. Dispatch Trainees learn the fundamentals of non-emergency call taking and progress to emergency call taking. Trainees then learn the Computer Aided Dispatch software and the skills needed for effective radio communications.
